GraphTech Trem Nuts
TREM-NUTS alleviate the binding grip of the nut on the string and reducing friction between the nut material and the string. This is accomplished using a nut manufactured from an engineered resonant base material impregnated with Teflon.
As strings move across a TREM-NUT, they shear open microscopic “capsules” loaded with millions of “ball bearing” type lubricants. For strings, it’s like a hardwood floor covered in marbles... strings roll back into tune. It’s that simple!
